Don't speak russian, but merely looking at the architecture and data provided and searching on it, reveals two things: it is an actual chip - and model info for this model :
Surface-level info:

Who utilize two architectures;
Elbrus
(Russian Military use from the late 1990s).
Elbrus 1 was launched in 1973
Some info on E2C+:
The exact same CPU info (incl. model No.) in the video, is documented in a Russian post from 2014:
and here's an image of it:
If you had this chip injected into your arm, trust me, it'd hurt.
There's some activity over at godlikeproductions as well
I'm not expert in the area, but it smells BS to high heaven on this one.
absolutely. the chip is 37mm x 37mm (1.45in x 1.45in). not gonna fit in a syringe. AND power consumption is 25W !!!
as for his "hacking" skills, he just uses ssh to log into another users computer (for which he already knows the password ) and runs some unknown script that writes text to a terminal. I would call this a script-kiddie prank.
yeah, I'm defiantly not an expert, but I smell BS....and kudos for getting that info so fast.
Great work mane. I'm surprised a genuine Russian system uses an English interface.
