Looks like $500 in extortion and unlawful detaining lawsuit to me.
Sides with the shoplifters? A middle man company is fleecing the shoplifters, this is true, and that's pretty hooknose - but the Judge didn't side with the shoplifters.. they sided with the law.
Better than a lifetime mark against you and being labeled a criminal. Sounds like the gov just wants their cut and is upset they are being left out. Not that sf or california cops do shit anyways.

Well, this is San Francisco well shoplifting has pretty much been made legal, so I believe this is the alternative some company started to offer. The judge is just another example of a Jew siding with niggers and lawlessness in a white country.
