Not trying to be a smartass bro but in my area we had a group of hackers that would pull into random neighborhoods park on the side of the road and hack into residents wifi, now if you know anything about computers and the internet you know the implications that can result from someone getting online under your account. So yeah it kinda isn't a good idea to just mind your business when you see anybody just parked in front of your house even though they are parked in the public street and seem totally harmless.

I know more about computers than nearly everyone you know. Local hackers could spend thirty years trying to hack my WiFi. If you're WiFi is not secure, you're an idiot. Just parking on the side of the road is not a crime.
