it relies on people being just plain thick and *not* looking these things up for themselves. the one time i got stopped during our illegal lockdown i stood my ground. was great fun, they did the ol 'hangon a minute lemme get out my notebook... yep go on, which law do you think...' thinking im going to prattle off some admirality law about rights to navigate my two wheeled land ship, and instead got lectured on what i just posted. 'Arrest me, ticket me, or send me a summons, but if you want to take it further ill take the state attorney generals advice and see you in court. Never heard back from them on that one. Got one 'mask' fine for 'not following direction from a police officer' which couldnt have been a mask thing.... because i was wearing a balaclava, and the cop told me to 'go home'.... which i did.... but no one would have any proof of because no one came to check i did what she said. a) theyre not fines theyre extortion (not covered under any standing act of parliament) and it was punitive because she tried to lecture me about not having my license on me and being near their 'ring of steel' (again, illegal, Charter Act 2006, specific clause) i was not told to turn around and go back the other way, i told her flat out i dont pay any attention to the news was just out on a ride and not part of the circus' and told her she didnt need to be lecturing a 40 something year old on a fucking cruiser about why or why not to carry bits of plastic. That was a few days after that bullshit started last year. Thats pretty much all anyone needs to do here. 'see ya in court' not really an issue when cops cant be arsed doing their jobs. much more of a problem when *everyone* they try to ticket takes them to a magistrate. it would jam up the courts for a decade for shit that is ultimately illegal *and* proves Victoria Police, by state law, as a 'Criminal Enterprise' which results in.... that Enterprise (law is aimed at 1% OMCs) being smashed up very heavily by armed bastards and having everything taken away from them, and for them to prove their innocence and the right to retain what was taken off them *from behind bars* Forget sovereign citizen clowns, no matter how much you think theyre real or exist and none of that laughable magna carta shit, know your local state and federal laws that are relevant to whats going on. know them and act on them. all of what i know also comes with the knowledge that any police officer attempting to enforce mask mandates on myself or anyone around me, can be arrested by anyone, without warrant, and we can use force up to and including lethal force to do so. Those are other laws *in effect* that apply to *every* victorian (police powers of arrest are a different section of the same law, distinct) there is NO SUCH THING as a 'Citizens Arrest' here, there is Arrest, and everyone in the state has the power to use it, as they do the Use of Force section. Our relevant laws here are Summary Offences Act 1966, Crimes Act 1958. Everything in there is online on our state government website and the laws under which *all* citizens of our state must abide by. They were enacted by FULL SESSIONS of parliament and can ONLY be struck down by the same, not by a fucking Communist state premier, not by his cronies 'voting' in a full session of parliament to 'extend' an unlawful order, not by a rogue supreme court judge looking at active laws, looking at the communist premier, and saying 'yeah unlawful order is lawful today and the law on the books doesnt count' not how it fucking works. I know our laws are not applicable to you, but its no good using retarded imaginary tools (please dont think im insinuating you personally btw, just using a common example between both countries with non laws) there is no place in the world at the moment any of these mask mandates etc are actually legal, its time for everyone to literally use the laws they have in front of them to get this shit stopped.
