Let's not forget that the "crack epidemic" was literally an operation by the CIA.
The CIA discovered that cocaine could be turned into the "crack" form and smoked. They dispersed it among nigger communities, probably for a variety of reasons- to make dirty money to fund further illegal operations, and to test crack as a sort of biological warfare.
Your enemy can't fight back if all they are concerned about is where/when they're going to get their next fix.
But I also believe that the crack epidemic was a step in the destabilizing of the USA. Every time there is a "drug epidemic", if you follow the money, IT ALWAYS GOES BACK TO THE GOVERNMENT, USUALLY THE GLOWNIGGERS.
The opiate epidemic? When did that really take off? Around 2007ish.... what was going on around then? Oh yeah, 6 years earlier, the USA invaded Afghanistan, which grows roughly 80% of the world's opium. By 2015, suddenly suburbs are fucking drowning in heroin and pain pills. I'm sure it's just a coincidence though.
