Looks like an addendum to hate crimes

If committing a crime while yelling "nigger" then you get a worse penalty. This happened to 3 whites in a truck with a confederate flag harassing a black family. They were overcharged and are now basically political prisoners.

I wonder how hard is it to break people out?
