That's an upper limit based off numerous things showing that VAERS reports at 1% and then multiplying the current number of deaths listed in VAERS by 100.
The reasoning is actually pretty good and if you look into the evidence for VAERS reporting around 1%. It's pretty good and it'd be stupid to just ignore it.
With all that said 300,000 or 360,000 or whatever it is seems like it's pretty high because I think we would hear more about it.
