people like you are stupid

you think because people are knowingly manipulating the supply and demand chain that somehow is a "natural thing"

no you idiot...logging hasn't slowed down at all, and sawmills are normally "socially distanced" a fair bit because of the size of the pieces you are dealing with. There is no reason for sawmills to be shut down, the one I work at is running at 25% capacity and yet we have over 300% of our normal holding stock on site.

The manipulation is obvious, use covid to justify the "slowed output" hoard material, create artificial short supply, prices rise in response, covid narrative isn't ending anytime soon so prices will stay high regardless of when sawmills go back to 100% output, because they are illegally hoarding items

My own boss turns down orders...when we have tons of material they are looking to buy stashed away, he only sells enough to equal the output of running at 25%, his profit margins are much higher right now and because wood is something that can be stored long term he isn't out any money by hoarding material and waiting for the price to keep going up

Market manipulation is not "free market" sir, give your head a shake.

illegally hoarding

lol no. If there were laws like that this wouldn't be happening.
