The guy filming is just speculating what the different parts of the machine are. This guy could be a schizophrenic crackhead for all we know.

'And here we have a keypad. Keypad has numbers from one through nine, and then zero, which is nonsense because zero comes before one, but they made the machine in china and that's how commie numbers work. Anyways, it's got buttons for numbers one through zero which is ten numbers, lotta numbers, but my hand only has five fingers. How'm I 'sposed to push so many buttons with so few fingers? They're not going to let you get your money out unless your hand has ten fingers, and that's just too many fingers on a hand. That's twenty fingers. I don't want no cyborg fingers. I figure, maybe, maybe I can just use the card slot, but get this, this Chase Bank card slot only takes Chase Bank debit cards, and that, that's not good. I'm I'm holding a straight flush and I want I want to cash out. Cash out my hand. Five cards in a hand, as nature intended, and I can't even type in how much money I want 'cause I don't have enough fingers!'

Hyosung is a South Korean company that specialises in ATMs. The model shown us equipped with biometric palm vein scanning which is touchless and more secure than numeric passcodes or other forms of biometric scanning. Unlike fingerprints or facial scanning, palm veins are harder to fake, especially as they are unknown even to the account holder.
