Honestly, I think that anything you can do online, on the surfaceweb/clearnet or on the deepweb/darknet should be legal, just to avoid the development and implementation of all this censorship and government surveillance.
I know full well the sheer scope of evil I'd be releasing with the absolute legalization of all speech, expression, media, information, etc. and I still think it would all be worth it, just to avoid the tyranny that we see today. I've seen how ugly the internet can be, I've been on here since DESUfags were a thing on 4chan.
It always starts with "reasonable limitations", sacrificing just a bit of freedom to "crack down on" or "get rid of" something that almost everyone doesn't like, and like a cancerous tumor, it grows from there.
I know this makes me a minority here, but I think it should be legally permitted for people to buy drugs/guns/counterfeits or watch CP or access some form of media without the permission of the originator/"owner", or whatever else could be done in any part of cyberspace.
Because if THIS world is the alternative to that one, I'd rather make the move over there ASAP.
This probably isn't my final position on this subject, I might change my mind when I feel less anxious about my police-state type situation over here, but as of right now this is where I've decided to settle my mind.
