Veritas may not win against Twitter. Veritas has been operating by catfishing people at various organizations. If as part of those operations they created fake Twitter accounts, they would've violated Twitter's ToS. Twitter cited that part of the ToS as the reason for the ban, though that part also includes spam and this may have been confusing. We'll see as this develops.
