Also, check out her seatbelt in the slow footage. It's not even remotely across her body. It's just kinda hanging onto her arm.

Wearing her seat belt with the end actually locked on would have kept her in the seat.

They disabled the elevator and blew up the stairway at around the 3rd floor. That is why people couldn't get out. Leave no survivors/witnesses.

If you ever riden a roller coaster and observed people this would make sense. A few years back I rode on for the first time. My natural instinct was to hold on as hard as I could and not depend on the seat belts. After the ride was over I was exhausted just because of the shear strength I was using to fight the forces. I thought to myself how can people enjoy something like this, then I watch the coaster go round again. I noticed women did not really hold on but instead just put their faith in the belts holding them. They have no instinct to keep themselves stable and just sit there like a sack of potatoes. Hoping that the system takes care of them.

i dont think that seatbelt is working properly.

that being said ive never been on a bus that has one.

our bus drivers generally dont tip buses over. cos when they do people die and they go to jail for it.

I've never seen one for passengers but I thought drivers have them.

Then again where I live the drivers have their own little cab it's impossible to fall out of. They were given a bulletproof partition a few years ago because some junkie tried to rob the ticket change with a shotgun.
