My husband and I visited Japan for two weeks several years ago. I didn't speak any Japanese, yet got around easily. The train system was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Now I live in Chicago and the train system is a joke. People are nasty and get violent on the subway. It's like stepping into a reverse world. I wish more people could see how Japan keeps a city like Tokyo running. We stayed in Shinjuku, then Kyoto. We took trains to Osaka, and Hakone for the hotsprings. I wish Japan was a closer neighbor of ours, I'd visit every year!
The reason why Japan is such a safe and clean country if because they have close to no niggers. Plain simple.

I can collaborate this one. Even my dumbass (much)younger American self could ride the trains with ease. The only people in our group who had problems weren't very polite or accommodating of the local populace. I had a great fucking time though.
