My Grandma calls them "Little Hitlers" (She is a tv news watcher, can call them "Little Maos" or "Little Juden"), basically people who use the little power they have to forcibly control others. I'm sure you've already noticed that certain staff in shops will hound you to wear a mask or use the soap (which is made of Jews kek) or to stand further from others, whatever they can get away with. You may have one in your family or workplace. They thrive on power trips and the government is now enabling them.
I'm not usually into causing a scene, but I would unironically deck that faggot in front of everybody, I don't give a fuck, the arrest would be worth it.
