Right after this one stops, the cops are like "Joe? Hey Joe, you okay man?", referring to the **officer laying on top of the dying nigger with his eyes closed and blood gushing from his scalp.** He got cracked with a metal pipe over the head, at least twice before the nigger went down. The YouTube channel PoliceActivity has so many shooting videos, I feel like a fucking expert after a few years following their channel. In this case, the nigger was shot by an officer standing in the entryway to the house- that was the fatal shot. You can tell when a shot is fatal because of the reaction to being shot. I've watched probably close to 1,000 videos where people are shot. The ones that are fatal always have a similar reaction- a sudden "AGGHHHHHH!! FUCK YOU SHOT ME!!! AHAHHHHHHHHHHH!!" kind of reaction, that turns into moans. Very limited speech as they are dying, and then the agonal breathing, and then..... peace. Non-fatal shootings, oddly enough, people don't seem to mind that much. They rarely scream like that, even if shot like 6 times in the belly. Only if they get hit in a big artery or nerve cluster do they make those sounds. However, those kill shots elicit a similar vocal sound to a well-placed taser sometimes; but the spasms caused by being zapped can help you differentiate a "OMG I'VE BEEN SHOT FATALLY AHAGGGGHGHH" and a "AH-AH-AH-AHAH-AHAHA-HA!" of being tased.
