No. I remember seeing this footage and it was reported in the news.Thankfully, the intervention came before the girl was sexually assaulted. The backstory is that the young daughter of the woman with the camera saw the man forcibly leading the girl, and it set off alarm bells, so she alerted her mother. The mother set after the man, and it ensues as you have seen.
The man was a recent African immigrant. YouTube pulled the video immediately, but not before he was identified and reported to the cops.
