You go sideways when you hit the ice. If you see accidents ahead of you slow the fuck down. Black ice will slickery you whether you tap the brake or not.
all you do is let off the gas, and coast thru it, if there patches of it,.. you'll grip and jerk around. bost people dont realize what is going on until too late in crashes like that.

Funny how the guy with the dashcam managed to see it and slow down. Most people drive like morons and do not watch the road out ahead of them - they are watching just over their hood instead of 200 - 300 yards in front of them. This was plainly visible in time to slow down, especially when you consider the wide angle of the dashcam makes things appear smaller than they are in real life.
