Black ice covers only 13% of the roads and causes over 50% of accidents. Even in South Korea.

Isn’t there a more egregious stat that looks at only black males? I imagine black females are slightly less violent.

Something like 7% of the population commits 40% of all violent crime.

It's scary how many people aren't watching up ahead. Yes, you can't see the black ice, but you can see a pile of cars stopped on the highway ahead long before you get there.
