The American dream is not possible in black neighborhoods and black people know it. The American dream is to be able to buy a house, have it appreciate in value, be able to have your kids play outside that house without fear of violence, have your kids be able to wait at the school bus stop without fear of violence maybe even walk to school, and have a community dedicated to working and paying taxes to improve said community.
If you buy a property in a black community, you might as well be throwing away money as it will depreciate fairly quickly... unless the area gentrifies like North DC. At which point BLM and AntiFa will march like last night and values go right back down.
I think the house I first lived in as a kid sold for 70,000. Now it's over 20 years later and on the market for 70,000, which is a huge decrease considering inflation. Yes, the house got older, but also, the neighborhood is full of niggers.
It's just funny to consider there are people who lower property value. There are people who could make a brand new mansion worth about $5.
