The cops are talking to him at the end and talk about how he is on his way back to the army or whatever, starting deployment, showing up for training... that part wasn't clear. But he had no plates on his car. At the very end of that longer video the cops are talking to him all nice and saying how they will get him "going gown the road" and avoid trouble with the army by "brushing it under the rug" and "not letting (his) command find out". My vibe from the longer video was cops were over aggressive. At the same time they were telling him to get out of the car for a long time he woudn't comply. Kept asking them what it was about instead of complying. Nigger didn't help its situation but the cops in this one were dicks for sure.
