What's contradictory about "get out of the car"?
- put your hands out the window
- turn off the vehicle (need to take one hand in to turn off the car)
- keep you hands where I can see them
- get out of the car (seat belt is on. Must put hand back into car to undo seat belt)
The police officer was needlessly agitated and made what should have been a routine stop into a much more dangerous situation.
