Based on the cops' agitation, if that guy reached in to undo his seatbelt the cop would likely have shot him. Stupid cop points a gun at you and give you a bunch of contradictory commands.

What's contradictory about "get out of the car"?

  • turn off the vehicle (need to take one hand in to turn off the car)
  • keep you hands where I can see them
  • get out of the car (seat belt is on. Must put hand back into car to undo seat belt)

The police officer was needlessly agitated and made what should have been a routine stop into a much more dangerous situation.

Notice: I ever see a cop harassing a servicemember OF ANY COLOR and its GO TIME.

That said I typically have no problem with the wannabe soldiers known as law enforcement who would shit their fat britches in any real conflict.

I've had a similar encounter where I was being pulled over in an intersection. Drove down the road to a parking lot for everyones safety and not impede traffic. I had to remind the officer it is my RIGHT to slowly drive down the road until I felt it was a safe place to stop. I am white and have had guns drawn on me for this, and also for being stopped for a burnt out headlight.

"Your just a cop, I won't fight you. Arrest me and see me in court buddy. Let's see what the judge says about routine traffic stop protocols and drawing a sidearm on a non aggressive civilian"

Understanding police are retarded and don't understand law goes a long ways. Don't fight them, let them fuck up on camera and do what needs to be done.
