Presumably they didn't want to wait at home for the mail, so they stopped the mailman on her rout to get the check. The mailman probably didn't want to look through thousands of bags for their check and said no.

That explanation... I mean that almost makes sense.

Imagine you are a sheboon. You've been waiting for weeks for your stimulus check. You look down the street, there's the mail woman. But it's going to take entire minutes for her to make it down the block...

... And you need to go to the hair salon to get you weave did now!

I live in Chicago. I have observed these animals in their natural habitat. Sometimes I feel as though I can understand their behaviors. Sometimes they still amaze me.

That dumb commercial is all over daytime television. Sadly, I know from experience. I once had my appendix out and had to stay home a couple of days. Judge Judy and Paternety Court is a fucking cancer. But, I'm positive this sheboon is familiar from daily exposure.

If you have an ID with your name and address on it that is a good indication that the check with your name and address on it belongs to you. Sure, they could have faked an ID, but that is very unlikely. I happen to know that if you need your package early you can call up UPS and they will literally tell you where the driver is so you can meet them to pick up your package. Sometimes people need to sign for something and won't be home later, or they have meds being delivered.

Obviously you don't want every nigger swarming your truck like you are the icecream truck trying to get their check early. But it's not an entirely absurd concept.
