Some of us have a proper reputation to uphold. Some of us want to be remembered by you random internet cunts.

That's vanity

Nobody cares about you and yourself

The only person giving 2 shits about it, is yourself

Nobody wakes in the morning thinking "I really wonder how insertUserNameHere is doing today" or "Ah... insertUserNameHere really is my hero!"

Nobody

That's just a feelgood movie in your head you enjoy to make for yourself

People already have their own self to handle, their own life, and that takes the front seat before all else

Nobody cares about you and yourself, nobody cares about who you are, and what you are

You can only hope to plant ideas in people's head, that's really the best you can hope from your interaction with them online, and it's mostly a thankless job, and you will hardly receive any credit for any of that

What for? What can they do to you? Stealthy convince you to worship joe biden?

Imagine how frustrating it is for them to no longer be able to identify all those "hate speech preachers", imagine the horror, they can go and tell stuffs and there's no way to list and denounce them to the ADL...

People care about me, my family and friends. What's so wrong about having internet friends/rivals/associates?

Family and friends are different.

And quite frankly if they spend 10 secs a day thinking about you that's already great. The only people that might really give two shits about you are your parents, brothers, sisters... Your kids, if any...

In reality only family matters, "friends"... That's just glorified game partners, that's what it is, it's mostly circumstantial relationships and you're all at the center of your own lives and a side show for each others.

>internet friends/rivals/associates

Nothing wrong with that, except for the "internet friends"... It's not really a thing, it's like facebook friends, it's fake and lame.
