In case anyone is curious as to why they don't just have a professional/expert toxicologist come in and say "Yeah, uh, there is a lethal amount in his system." that's because they're not allowed to. Apparently they don't allow 'lower experts' than the one already brought in and the one the state brought in is apparently top in the field.
Guess what they're going to say? "He killed him with his actions."
That will be the professionals 'fact.'
And that's the only 'expert' the jury will be allowed to hear.
They also have several officers, including the commander or some shit, who will be coming in to say "what he did is wrong, we don't allow that, we don't teach that."
Of course there's the part in their training manual that specifically says that you should only hold that position for a very short amount of time, so that's going to be pretty fucking hard to get passed.
Not like it wouldn't matter anyways. We live under nigger-mob and their pet white's rule now, so he'll be going to prison regardless.
It's also worth mentioning he already plead guilty to 3rd degree murder. But good ol' Barr wouldn't accept that and canceled the deal.
