I would bet money there are at least a few "witnesses" that will have testimony tossed out, just like with the gentle giant Mike Brown's case. They'll inadvertently help the defense by lying about what happened or even being there, as they always do. Get a nigger witness up for cross examination and any competent lawyer can dunk on them.
