I think he was actually in possession of illegal firearms and was a convicted criminal. Not 100% sure on this, but its what I heard. If true, he's pretty dumb for flaunting them on streams.

Gypsy's arrest was officially for being a "felon in possession of a firearm", because he took a gun safety class in 2018. of course they didn't find any guns other than the fake propguns that shoot out a flag that says nigger on it.
