You ever see a roosters talons? Probably not. I saw a rooster rip a long deep cut on this guys leg once. I wouldn't want one charging me. That's why you kill the ones that act like that and for safety sake I'd carry a stick with me so when one of them does try that you just bash it before it can stick you.
