That was my speculation--or ardent race traitors bringing down civilization as jews pull their strings [certain sacrifices will inevitably be made in the war for our existence).

your question is a bit troublesome though--mainly because I believe the movie to be a Jap live-action incarnation of an anime (and in the cartoon clips I saw everyone was asian, including the soldiers; it's an alternate timeline where the Axis won the War)....

...I'll check it out eventually, but my guess it is really more-or-less of the same ole' preachy "well, good thing we exterminated all those evil fascists!" rigamarole.
