Moments before the ship ran aground, the Ever Given was apparently travelling faster than the speed limit set by the Suez Canal Authority. Ever Given was travelling 13.5 Knots, almost double the speed limit. Looks like a deliberate maneuver...

I was meaning blow up the ship to make it easier to get out but if eliminating Israel would create an even better canal then so be it.
