Great minds think alike. Correct. The reason it isn't working is because they haven't completely defunded the police. Real defunding hasn't really been tried.

Maybe if they have the news report which part of the city the PD is short that night, like they report that there will be Drunk Driving Checkpoints, it will be more effective?
