I'm not amazing at the law behind it but no matter what happens (unless a Sheriff says it's cut and dry) you will probably end up in court. A guy here pulled a weapon because a road-raging driver was approaching their car. He didn't even point it at them but still ended up in court possibly facing jail time. Rittenhouse is probably a bad example but think how many millions that will cost to defend him, plus bail, jailed time. Look at all these nigger families that go after people for killing their violent children.
Massad Ayoob is one of the top resources. I'll link a video below. I'm sure you can find plenty on jewtube without paying. The American Warrior Show podcast with Seeklander usually opens with a law conundrum or case study. I remember one episode a guy defended himself successfully by pulling his pistol but he then became the aggressor once by law the threat was stopped so he ended up in jail or getting railroaded. A concealed carry course will go over some of this as well and I think having that permit would be helpful if you ever had to use it.
I carried before sometimes but the past 6 months I 100% carry everywhere, even the mailbox. Things are too fucked up now for me not to. Get a good holster and practice your draw at home. Try to get to the range a couple times a month (if you can find ammo). I'll say I love carrying my Glock 43x with Hyve 2 rd extended mag in a Trex arms holster. I would love to have a bigger gun but whatever gets me to carry more often is a better choice I think.

I'm not sure on that. It's possible it could make it worse if the kike lawyers pick it apart and find anything to hone in on. I would think you would be okay in most common sense smaller areas.
