I'm not debating it. You should be able to defend your life. If we went by common sense this wouldn't even be an issue but this "justice system" is fucked. There's also a whole area of defense law that deals with the magnitude of the action and an "appropriate" response". Technically you should legally be able to shoot someone on your property in many states but depending on the circumstances that may not fly in court.
Right I'm not attacking you, I'm saying that we shouldn't have to have this conversation because its an intrinsic right to defend yourself.
