With what budget and with what media? At this point the writing is on the wall. Even folks like me who for all intents and purposes a few years back who wasn't seeing it 100% now has their eyes wide open. If we need to set up a bread and circus festival, free food, free housing and free jobs to get folks to move there then no that isn't the case. We will have to migrate like we did in the old days. The Spanish didn't need marketing to move into the mountains when the Moors took over their country in 718. They didn't need marketing to fight them back and take their country back after nearly 800 years. IF we don't have the character and will to act then we are already doomed.
