Did you actually look at any information provided on that site? The "genome sequence record" is from a bunch of Chinese scientists from 05 Jan 2020. If you trust that, I've got a bridge I can sell you right now. It's a great deal. Right next to my oceanfront property in AZ.
There are hundreds of thousands of submissions to the sequence which don't match the accepted one at all. They are of wildly varying lengths and orders.
Seems like they just picked one and ran with it to me. And said, "see, it's been sequenced!"
