Notice the story is mum about where the gate was, exactly. Believe me, if it had been sticking out into the middle of the road the lawyer and husband would have been making it very clear. Notice how they gloss over the details of the accident? They way the news report goes it just kind of happened. No details at all. That lack of information is not an accident. When the media is leaving out details, it's on purpose and it's because the details don't paint the picture they want it to paint.
I can't believe how stupid you are but then I remember I'm living in the age of idiocracy and it makes sense. Did you even look at the accident photos? The gate was left swinging, dinged the front fender, caught on the door and then skewered into the car. The point of the pipe gate was angled into traffic like a spear. Hell yes I'd sue. You never leave that sort of thing facing into traffic and unsecured. It's a slam dunk case, pure negligence. Homicidal reckless disregard for human life. If you weren't a fucking moron you would realize this.
