I've never seen a negro doctor in Canada. I've seen plenty of Asian, Indian, and Arab doctors. We have all kinds, and they have been in the system for decades. British empire and all that. The Commonwealth of Nations. Educated in either British or Canadian medical schools. They don't let anyone else work here, including American doctors. Actually what happens here is the doctors train here, then move to the US to work because the education is far cheaper here, but the career pays at least 300% better in the US.
