I'm not sure which birds are endangered or not but I do know it's not cool to feed bread to ducks because it messes them up so they can't fly.
Theyre african geese that escaped from the safari park. El nino 97 was crazy and a ton of birds got out. IIRC thats where the parrots all over ocean blvd came from.
