Here's another thing some people have noticed about California code enforcement for private property.

"Immigrants" have the codes lightly or not at all enforced. Citizens are ruthlessly hammered in the cities and rural areas.

There's counties in California where state laws are hammered down on rural property owners who are often unable to comply. One farmer has been fined so heavily he's basically going to be driven out of business simply for plowing a field as he has done for several generations in his family.

  • Find beach front property you want.
  • Allow the homeless / gangs / drug addicts to infest the area.
  • Drive decent owners out.
  • Allow the area to turn into 3rd world shithole.
  • Once property values hit rock bottom, buy everything at pennies on the dollar.
  • Now enact “reform”, and drive out the dregs of humanity.
  • Get government reclamation contracts to re-beautify the area.
  • Sell / rent your property for insane rates back to the government or the wealthy for insane profits.

Planned gentrification. Notice how the police force has rules preventing them from enforcing the law that normally would drive out homeless encampments.

Also notice how the covid shut down scam has driven out business and tourism. Remember, the cops were arresting people for walking or sitting on the beach or going into the water but at the same time were allowing the homeless to camp out.

Of course, to any sensible person this makes no sense, unless you see the real pattern of who is being driven out and or suppressed.

They've now effectively gutted and driven out a local thriving economy.

Its funny bc about 5 years ago i went to honolulu to see my family member in hospital, and noticed a METRIC TON Of them all over waikiki. i walked it, and noticed that i recognized one of them from Venice a year or two prior.

I asked the guy if he was the same dude and he said yes. I asked how he got there and he said someone from the city bought him and everyone else one way FIRST CLASS tickets. Lmao.

If you check out the video i posted, im pretty sure theyre getting daily counts on locations of them.

Venice beach was ALWAYS skid row except for brief 10 yr periods where rich people would for a time get the impression they had changed it and gotten cheap beachfront homes they couldnt otherwise afford.

Then another big gang murder would happen and they would run away again and the place would go back to its natural skid row state.

This is so sad. BUT it should serve as a warning to people about the consequences of socialism. Socialism creates a class divide worse then the one we currently have. It leaves the rich fat and happy, destroys the middle class completely and lowers the quality of life for the lower class.

In reality these morons will wonder why their 'paradise' smells like piss and shit. Why all the small business and restaurants are closing and their town is a shell of what it once was. Why the 'good' people are leaving and crime is increasing exponentially.

It should be mandatory for ALL New Yorkers and Californians to take a civics/history of socialism class before they move to Texas or other red states. You can see with Austin or Portland that these retards fucking vote for their cancerous ideology's again. I really see socialists as subhuman filth.
