There's been nothing like that going on that i know of where I live at all. Just all the stores telling people to wear masks, i just tell them no and go about my business. The bars been open and maskless the few times I have been talked into going out to a bar, its nice that they always seem to be real dead. Im not going there to meet anyone im going on a date so that woks for me. I have not heard of any place at all being fined for being open or serving their customers or not forcing the mask.
