You know that old biblical proverb. "The sins of the fathers have set the children's teeth on edge". That's what's happening with the Russian Federation. They're dealing with all the insanity left in place when Soviet Russian government collapsed. They have dealt sort of better with Chernobyl. What's interesting is if you go to the fall out zones in Southern Russia where I was, you can see people who still have white patches of hair from the damage.
