Texas tends to get a lot of rain (precipitation) this time of the year. What is bizarre is that we got a late freeze with temperatures around 0°F. Though we've seen weather like this before. There were several bad ice storms around the region from 1995-2001. I'm not above entertaining the idea that this was the result of weather manipulation, but to adamantly claim it was without doing some investigation is a bit crazy.
