I don't know if fair use would apply here, but the guy's a douche for making a 20 minute video larping as a lawyer, I'm sure by sharing his name he's counting on his rabid fanbase to harrass the guy.
If you don't understand copyright, you should read up on it. It is not a difficult concept. Read before you yammer. Thunderfoot is not larping as a lawyer, he is explaining a very simple concept, from the perspective of a video maker.
I know what fair use is, and the judge can deny motion to dismiss if you use that defense, say hello to thousands of dollars in lawyer fees defending against a photographer.
What's funny is that he could have used footage from SpaceX itself and I doubt anything would have happened, thunderfuckboi fighting this publicly just shows how arrogant he is.
