You can be extremely angry about having 22 years taken away from you, I get it. But I mean, this creature cannot speak properly, apparently cannot stop committing violent crime. Has no respect for law at all. Probably doesn't understand that he can appeal against racist judges not that there's any evidence in this video that the judge is racist.

Looks like it only came out because he was being sentenced to prison, which is inadequate to humanity on it's face. You can't get your way by calling people racist all the time. There's a limit.

No but they've found it works a lot of the time and there's nothing to lose by trying. This idiot is another story.

By trying he revealed that everything he does is an act, which when faced with a serious situation like a courtroom, doesn't fly. We should make all of life a serious situation

I know, can't believe that racist Judge would lock up such a fine, respectful, citizen because of the color of his melanin.

that's where his attitude and big mouth got him. 28 years in prison. sucks to be him . upshot is he gets three hot meals a day and a bed to sleep in. play stupid games and you win a stupid prize.

Lake County Sheriff's Office:

Three Persons Arrested By Lake County Sheriff’s Office Detectives After Violent Home Invasion in Painesville Township.

On Tuesday, July 10th, 2018 the Lake County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a robbery that had occurred during the early morning hours of 07/06/2018 at a residence at in Painesville Township from a Victim’s Advocate.

The victim, Mr. Artura Gonzalez, stated that at approximately 4:50 a.m. on 07/06/2018 two (2) males entered Mr. Gonzalez’s bedroom and brandished a firearm. The two males were clad in all black clothing, however, Mr. Gonzalez could not provide a description of them. Mr. Gonzalez explained that he was in fear for his life as one of the males pointed the black firearm at him, to which he even believed the trigger was pulled as he heard a “click” from the weapon. Both of the males continued to terrorize Mr. Gonzalez as he reported that the black gun was then physically placed on his head; at roughly the same time one of the males forcefully covered Mr. Gonzalez’s head with a blanket retrieved from his bed. One of the suspects held the blanket over Mr. Gonzalez’s face and proceeded to strike him. The firearm was then placed in to Mr. Gonzalez’s ribcage at which time one of the males stole his wallet from the pants he was wearing. The two suspects then stole two additional wallets totaling approximately $800.00 in cash, a gold nugget ring, Mr. Gonzalez’s cellular phone and an Apple laptop computer. The suspects then fled the residence in an unknown direction by unknown means.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau immediately began an intensive investigation and search for the perpetrators of the home invasion due to the violence involved and danger to the community. Their investigation resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey Bynes, Manson Bryant, and Lindsey Medina on Friday, July 12, 2018. Bynes and Bryant were charged with Aggravated Robbery and Kidnapping, both F-1 Felonies. Lindsey Medina was charged with Complicity to Aggravated Robbery, also an F-1. The gun used in the commission of this home invasion was recovered by the detectives.

Very satisfying.

Instead of burdening the taxpayers with 28 years of cost, just make anything over 10 years a death sentence.
