they either washout or end up doing the most mundane shit that they don't want to be there. we get those in my companies shop to maintain our equipment, they end up being reduced to oil and light bulb changers pretty quick. when i do come across them in the field all they do is paperwork, fluid changes and maybe inspect equipment for federal inspections. they don't actually do anything and anyone that lets them is putting their jobs on the line by signing off on their work. not to mention the lawsuits when people get killed they're a waste of schooling and wasting their Daddies money.
