I'm going to shatter your world view and state for the record that there are plenty of races who aren't white who are quite nice to live around. But I don't want to live in any scenario where they are the majority, and coincidentally, it's also rule they would agree with for them. But it just so happens that it's worth it to them to move to a mostly white community, if they can afford it, because every community that is mostly white is always fucking awesome. Zero exceptions.
