The woman could be 100% right. This vid makes her look unstable and fucking looney. She had a knife large enough to kill a deer by hand and she went batshit crazy before answering any questions. Then Charged at the cop with the knife and after failing to go down by Taser was shot.

If what she said was true, it would be public record, like those “minor” interactions with the police. There may also be records released about any mental illnesses.
Regardless of any other details, whether it’s a cop or private citizen, you charge at someone with a knife like that expect to get put down.

They killed her, they had tasers but they used lethal force instead. That’s what happened, and it implies she may have actually been stalked.
You need to rewatch the video. They used the taser, they missed or it didn't work, because she kept coming.
Having said that, this is clearly a fucked up situation.
