From what I have heard and saw before in videos about China --- If you run over a pedestrian you are responsible for their medical fees the rest of their life. If they die you just have to pay a one time fee. So in this video I think the guy in the black car had already hit the old man who had a walking cane and the old man was still alive and being helped by the bystanders. The guy in the car thought that he didn't want to pay and pay and pay so he ran over the old man to finish him off. The bystanders don't like this and the guy couldn't make a get away. So either the bystander doused him in some sort of fuel and lit it up or the guy did it to himself because he got thinking about the shit hole he had just dug for himself by not being able to get away. If he had got away sure they may have found him and probably being a richer guy would have paid off the one time death fee and maybe a little more to make the cops and court go away.
