Here in South Carolina, there are hundreds of "house farms" going up. Whole neighborhoods are built in less than a month. I'm not an expert, but I noticed they were made with OSB which is the shittiest wood there is and literally melts away if exposed to moisture. I don't even use it for chicken coops. These retards are paying half a million dollars for these pieces of shit.
