For the last few years I've had her channel on updates for new content. I've watched all her videos and listened closely to the body language cues she's picking up on and tried to incorporate her perceptions into my own thinking.
Growing up I was surrounded by a family of liars of all types and so often got played. Yes, I had my own awareness but she helped me kick it up about ten times better.

When they lie to your face but won't look you in the eye. LOL. Even worse, when they look you in the eye, totally sincere and lie their ass off and you both know it.
